Leadership: The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Endeavor, Dr. Shelton Rhodes, has over 35 years of combined experience as a Retired Army Major, business owner, college professor, and university administrator. Dr. Rhodes is a 2016 graduate of the Award-winning Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) program. Dr. Rhodes established Strategic Endeavor to continue his mission to deliver excellence and total customer satisfaction in the Federal Government, industry, and academia.
